Job Description

As a Sales Executive at our company, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and building strong customer relationships. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers in selecting jewelry based on their needs, explaining product details clearly, achieving sales targets, and maintaining showroom cleanliness. To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum of 12th Pass or Diploma/Degree in any field, along with at least 1 year of experience in showroom/retail sales, preferably in jewelry. Excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and basic computer knowledge are essential. Additionally, having knowledge of silver jewelry types and trends will be advantageous. The compensation package includes a salary as per industry standards, attractive incentives, sales incentives, staff discounts, uniforms, and opportunities for career growth. This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule, offering performance bonuses and yearly bonuses. The work location is in person, and fluency in Tamil is preferred.
