Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month + Incentives

About the Role:

As a Sales Executive for Bajaj Finance's CD product, you will be at the forefront of driving sales and building strong customer relationships. You will be responsible for promoting and facilitating the financing of consumer durable goods through our easy EMI solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our growth and be a part of a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Generation: Actively identify and acquire new customers interested in financing consumer durable products (e.g., smartphones, electronics, home appliances) through Bajaj Finance.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and recommending suitable CD finance options.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of Bajaj Finance's CD product features, benefits, and eligibility criteria to effectively address customer queries.
  • Lead Management: Follow up on leads generated through various channels and convert them into successful sales.
  • Documentation: Assist customers with the necessary documentation for loan applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Target Achievement: Strive to meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports to the management team.

Qualifications:

  • Graduation/Post Graduation in any discipline.
  • Experienced candidates with a proven track record in sales are highly welcome.
  • Freshers with strong communication skills and a desire to build a career in sales are also eligible.
