Job Description

As a Sales Executive at Kosher, you will be responsible for managing and growing B2B sales channels across different regions. Your role will involve identifying potential clients, pitching products, closing deals, and maintaining long-term relationships with corporate and institutional buyers. It is essential for you to have a strong understanding of B2B sales processes, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and prior experience in the FMCG or hygiene products industry. Proficiency in Excel and CRM tools is also required for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Field job with stiff targets on work and performance. - Direct Selling to varied market segments including IT/BPO companies, hospitals, hotels, and retail brands. - Selling to large corporate clientele. - Planning and making Sales Calls. - Making Sales Presentations with powerful toolsets. - Tactful negotiations and closing sales with expert guidance. - Active collaboration with the sales & marketing support team on enquiry generation and lead harvesting process. Professional Selling: At Kosher, you will have the opportunity to enrich your expertise in the professional selling process. The role offers challenge-loaded tasks and hand-held training to facilitate your success in sales & marketing functions. Qualifications Required: - Determination to build a successful career in Sales & Marketing functions. - Age between 24 to 32 years. - Fluency in spoken English and the respective local language. - At least 3 years of experience in selling to large offices and organizations. - Smart, keen to learn, and able to work in a highly competitive work situation. - Possession of a two-wheeler or willingness to buy one. - Freshers with intrinsic competence will be considered for professional training. - Experienced candidates with higher levels of competence are also encouraged to apply.
