Job Description

LucidPlus IT Solutions is recruiting for results-driven Field Sales Executive to sell software product and solutions, to Business (B2B) clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, promoting products & Solutions, meeting clients in-person, and closing sales to meet targets. Key Responsibilities: Generate leads through cold calling, visits, and referrals. Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions Visit potential customers to present and sell products/solutions. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets. Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, or roadshows. Report daily/weekly activities to the Supervisor. Requirements: Experience in B2B software sales. Experience as a field sales executive or similar role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. Basic computer knowledge. Language: Proficiency in Malayalam and English. Preferred Two-wheeler with a valid driving license Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹10,702.19 - ₹20,373.97 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Compensation Package: Commission pay Performance bonus Quarterly bonus Yearly bonus Schedule: Day shift Experience: B2B sales: 1 year (Required) Field sales: 1 year (Required) Software Sales : 1 year (Required) Willingness to travel: 100% (Preferred) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 30/06/2025
