The company has over 80 branches across India and 10 overseas operations. Johnson Lifts offers a range of lift products, from small home lifts to large commercial lifts and public utilities. They are the first in India to have a manufacturing facility for escalators and have multiple manufacturing plants located across the country, including locations in Vyasarpadi, Ambattur, Poonamallee, Nagpur, Sengadu, and Oragadam. Johnson Lifts has been manufacturing commercial and heavy-duty escalators since 2010.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Kochi. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include reaching out to potential clients, conducting market research, preparing sales presentations and proposals, and negotiating contracts. The Sales Executive will also be expected to work closely with the product and engineering teams to understand the technical aspects of the products and services offered.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to conduct market research and identify new business opportunities
• Basic technical understanding of elevators and escalators
• Ability to prepare compelling sales presentations and proposals
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech) or related field
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to maintain client relationships
• Experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the engineering or construction industry, is a plus
