Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Motiaz Royal Business Park, Zirakur

Salary: ₹10,000 - ₹20,000 per month

Experience: 2 years

Workdays: Monday to Saturday

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive with a passion for digital marketing, logo design, and branding services. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in the digital marketing field, with a proven ability to build strong client relationships, meet sales targets, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Identify and generate new leads through networking, referrals, and digital channels.

Sales Presentations: Conduct presentations and consultations with potential clients to explain the benefits of the company's digital marketing, logo design, and branding services.

Client Acquisition: Convert leads into long-term customers by effectively presenting proposals and negotiating deals.

Account Management: Maintain relationships with existing clients to upsell services and ensure customer satisfaction.

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to inform sales strategies.

Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights to management.

Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and design teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.

Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in digital marketing or a related field (logo design, branding, etc.).

Education: Must be a Graduate / A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Skills:

Strong understanding of digital marketing and branding services.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
