Role Description

This full-time hybrid role is based in Vadodara, Gujarat, with the flexibility for occasional work from home. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, preparing sales proposals, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include conducting market research, representing the company at industry events, providing clients with product and service information, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and positive service delivery. The position requires frequent interaction with clients and travel for client acquisition and project discussions.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in sales, client management, and market research.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for building robust client relationships.
  • Ability to prepare detailed sales proposals, project documentation, and monitoring reports.
  • Knowledge of the Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Fertilizer, or related industries is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in digital tools for data analysis, CRM software, and report generation.
  • Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects efficiently.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel for client engagements and project coordination.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Relevant work experience in the industrial sector is preferred.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
