Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, nurturing customer relationships, and promoting our training, e-learning, software, and consulting solutions. This role requires strong communication, negotiation skills, and a target-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities

:

  • Identify, qualify, and convert leads into potential clients

  • Conduct client meetings, demos, and presentations

  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions

  • Follow up on warm leads from campaigns, website inquiries & events

  • Maintain CRM records and generate weekly sales reports

  • Build long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business

  • Coordinate with delivery teams for smooth project execution

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Required Skills

:

  • Strong communication & presentation skills

  • Negotiation and client handling abilities

  • Basic understanding of corporate training / SaaS (preferred)

  • CRM knowledge (optional)

  • Self-motivated and target-focused
