Job Description

Sales & Business Development: Identify and approach potential clients across industries. Promote and sell technical textile products as per customer requirements. Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and product presentations. Client Relationship Management: Build strong long-term relationships with customers and channel partners. Understand customer needs and provide technical solutions in coordination with the R&D/production team. Handle client communication, queries, complaints, and after-sales support. Market Intelligence: Conduct market research to identify new segments and competitors. Track trends in functional textiles, industry demand, and customer preferences. Share customer feedback and insights with the product development team. Sales Operations: Maintain accurate records of inquiries, sales, pricing, and customer data. Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to revenue growth. Coordinate with dispatch, logistics, and accounts for order fulfillment.
