Job Description – Sales & Business Development Manager (IT Services)

About Us
Appdid Infotech LLP is a growing IT solutions company specializing in mobile app development, web development, CRM solutions, and custom software development. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales & Business Development Manager to join our team at our Thane office.
Key Responsibilities
* Work on provided leads database from multiple platforms and identify potential clients.
* Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and prepare clear documentation/workflows.
* Coordinate with internal technical teams to prepare proposals and pitch solutions.
* Negotiate, finalize quotes, and convert leads into projects.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.
* Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills & Experience
* 3–6 years of proven experience in Sales/Business Development in IT services (App Development, Web, CRM, or Software Development).
* Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
* Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into business proposals.
* Experience in preparing quotations, proposals, and workflows.
* Excellent negotiation and client management skills.
* Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently from office.
