Job Description

Role Overview: As a Sales Executive for our software development services team in Trichy, you will play a crucial role in generating leads, pitching services, and converting prospects into clients. Your primary focus will be on identifying new business opportunities and nurturing client relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and pursue new business opportunities through methods such as cold calling, networking, and digital platforms - Present and promote our web, mobile, and software solutions to potential clients - Collaborate with the technical team to understand client needs and prepare tailored proposals - Negotiate pricing and terms, and successfully close sales deals - Maintain and nurture client relationships to foster repeat business - Keep the CRM updated with lead and client interactions - Strive to achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Qualifications Required: - Minimum 1 year of experience in IT/software sales - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Basic understanding of software development and digital services - Self-motivated and goal-oriented - Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field Additional Details about the Company: This role offers a competitive salary ranging from 15,000 to 25,000 per month based on experience, along with incentives. The position is full-time with working hours from Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM. Fluency in English is required for this role, and the work location is in person at Trichy.,
