Company Description

A.M. MOTORS, established in 2000, is an authorized dealership for sales and service of Maruti cars. Located in Malappuram, the company has fourteen branches across multiple locations. A.M. MOTORS also facilitates the exchange and sale of Maruti-certified used cars through their TRUE VALUE division. The workshops are equipped with state-of-the-art servicing and collision repair equipment, and a dedicated team of technicians trained at Maruti Suzuki India Limited provides after-sales service of international standards.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Malappuram. The Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging customers, understanding their vehicle needs, presenting and demonstrating Maruti cars, facilitating test drives, processing sales and financing paperwork, and achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. The Sales Executive will also be responsible for maintaining product knowledge and staying up to date with industry trends.

Qualifications

Excellent customer service and communication skills
Experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in using sales and customer management software
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus
Valid driver's license
Fluency in English and local language(s)
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays when necessary
