Job Post : Real Estate Plot Sales Executive / Manager Location: Sarojini Nagar, Lucknow Industry: Real Estate (Plot/House Sales) Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time Experience Required: 1–5 Years (Real Estate or Field Sales preferred) Salary: Fixed + High Incentives + Growth Opportunities Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and ambitious Sales Executive/Manager for Plot/House sales in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting site visits, and closing high-value deals through excellent customer service and sales techniques. Key Responsibilities: Generate qualified leads through cold calling, field visits, social media, and references. Identify customer needs and suggest suitable plot options accordingly. Conduct site visits with clients and provide in-depth project information. Achieve monthly sales targets through continuous follow-ups and relationship building. Maintain and update the sales database (CRM). Coordinate with internal teams for post-sales documentation and client support.
