Key Responsibilities

Welcome customers and build long-term, trust-driven relationships.
Understand customer needs and recommend the right jewellery confidently.
Achieve individual sales targets and support overall business goals.
Clearly explain gold purity, weight, design details, and value.
Handle customer enquiries, orders, and concerns with professionalism.
Assist with stock handling and basic inventory management.
Maintain clean, elegant, and well-organized jewellery displays.
Process billing accurately using the POS system.
Support festive promotions, sales events, and in-store activities.
Coordinate with the team on social media activities such as product photos, reels, and customer reviews.
Assist in branding efforts, visual presentation, and promotional initiatives.
Support other day-to-day and miscellaneous activities as required.

Who Were Looking For

Experience in jewellery or retail sales preferred.
Strong communication and customer-handling skills.

Honest, reliable, and detail-oriented.
