Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Business Development

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for bakery fat products.
Identify new customers such as bakeries, distributors, HORECA, industrial users, and bakery ingredient traders.
Expand market coverage and increase product penetration.
Promote new bakery fat products and drive trial in the market.

2. Customer Relationship Management

Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
Conduct regular market visits, customer meetings, and product demonstrations.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions.

3. Market Intelligence & Reporting

Monitor competitor activities, pricing, schemes, and market trends.
Share timely market feedback with his superiors.
Submit daily sales reports, customer visit reports, and monthly forecasts.

4. Coordination

Coordinate with production, logistics, and assigned distributors for timely deliveries.
Work closely with technical/application teams for customer trials and problem resolution.

5. Collections & Compliance

Ensure timely payment collection and maintain credit discipline.
Adhere to company policies, commercial norms, and reporting systems.

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong communication and negotiation skills
Customer-centric approach
Market knowledge of bakery fats, margarine, shortening ( Must )
Ability to handle sales pressure and deliver targets
Basic understanding of bakery applications is an added advantage

Qualification & Experience

Graduate / MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred
25 years’ experience in Food Ingredients/Oils & Fat
Experience in bakery fat or bakery ingredient sales preferred
