Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Conversion

  • Reach out to prospective students through calls, emails, walk-ins, and events.
  • Provide detailed information on study-abroad programs, universities, courses, and countries.
  • Convert leads into enrollments and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools.

2. Student Counselling

  • Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions to understand student needs, academic background, and career goals.
  • Recommend suitable universities, courses, and study destinations.
  • Explain admission processes, eligibility criteria, tuition fees, and scholarship opportunities.
  • Stay updated on country-specific visa rules (e.g., USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Europe).

4. Customer Service & Relationship Management

  • Provide continuous support to students and parents throughout the admission and visa process.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to encourage referrals.
  • Follow up with students after enrollment to ensure customer satisfaction.

5. Marketing & Outreach

  • Participate in education fairs, school/college visits, and promotional events.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to run lead-generation campaigns.
  • Represent the company professionally and enhance brand visibility.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in student counselling, overseas education, or sales (preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
  • Knowledge of international education systems and visa processes.
  • Proficiency with CRM/lead management software is a plus.
