Nithya Travels is a premier travel agency based in Madurai, TN. India. Established in 1992, we specialize in crafting unforgettable journeys across domestic and international destinations. Our mission is to make travel seamless, affordable, and enriching for every customer.

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our travel agency team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong client relationships, and promoting our travel services including holiday packages, ticketing, hotel bookings, and customized itineraries.

Preferrable candidates located in Madurai

Must have minimum of 1 Years Experience in Travel Agency

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
• Promote and sell travel products such as flights, hotels, tours, and holiday packages.
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored travel solutions.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate deals, and close sales effectively.
• Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and industry developments.
• Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth delivery of services.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills.
