Sales Excecutive

• Responsible for sale of pumps, systems and parts in for construction segment dealers.
• Handle sales inquiries and generate proposal to customers for sale of pumps and spare parts.
• Initiate the creation of sales leads, follow up on sales opportunities and take ownership to follow up on quotations.
• Working closely with dealers in building segment to find application possibilities and propose suitable technical solutions.
• Understand the targeted market potentials by constantly engaging relevant stakeholders
• Actively review regularly sales plans and activities with General Manager
• Be accountable for both individual and Company's sales target.
• Analyse market and establish competitive advantage

Qualifications

· Candidate with B. E. or a graduate or similar qualification will be preferred.

· Min. 2-3 years Experience in Pump/Motor/Gear box Industry.

· Experience in CBS (Construction Building Segment) preferable

· Experiences in sales in Dealer segment is preferable

· Knowledge of full sales cycle.

· Strong negotiation skills

· Strong communication and presentation skills

. Fresher Engineer with will for sales training are welcome
