SALES ENGINEERS

You will be joining our team as an Asst. Manager / Dy. Manager / Manager in the Sales & Marketing department, with the place of posting in Noida. Your primary role will involve handling key customer accounts in the B2B sector, acquiring new accounts including OEMs, Heavy Industries, Large Infrastructure, etc. You will be responsible for visiting customers, communicating effectively to convert potential leads into business, managing the end-to-end sales process, analyzing data from offline/online enquiries, creating reports for the management, and coordinating with the accounts team for processing debit and credit notes against customers. Key Responsibilities: - Handling Key Customer Accounts in the B2B Sector - Acquiring New Accounts such as OEMs, Heavy Industries, Large Infrastructure, etc. - Visiting customers, effective communication, and lead conversion - Managing End-to-End Sales Process - Analyzing data and preparing reports for Management - Coordinating with the accounts team for processing debit and credit notes Qualification Required: - B Tech in a related field. Preference will be given to MBA (Marketing) You should have 2 - 8 years of experience in Sales and Marketing, specifically in the B2B sector. Your experience should demonstrate good negotiation skills, interpersonal skills in building and maintaining relationships with key customers, a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.,
