Job Description

The job involves sales and business development for specific territories, wherein you will work with Marketing and Technical support teams to build excellent prospects and convert them into customers. You will be responsible for having a clear understanding of the complete product line (CAD/CAM/CAE/PLM) and generating leads through various means such as databases, inside sales team, cold calling, networking, and social media. Building networks and spheres of influence to grow prospect lists will be crucial, along with setting up meetings with potential clients and understanding their needs to offer suitable solutions. Your role will also include preparing and delivering presentations on proposed products, collaborating with technical consultants as a team member, and establishing efficient communication channels with company technical resources and prospect needs. Progressing discussions towards sales closure, meeting all targets of each product line on time, and managing the sales funnel through Sales CRM tools will be essential. Providing required reports to the reporting authority, contributing to team efforts, and accomplishing desired results are key responsibilities. Desired candidates should have a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / BE (Mech) / BE (E&E) / Automobile Engineering / Aeronautical Engineering Graduates / GT & TC / NTTF / CIPET or any other engineering branch or relevant work experience in similar domains. Experience in CAD CAM sales is advantageous. Strong written, verbal communication, and presentation skills are necessary to connect with audiences at all levels. A basic understanding of product functionalities, positioning, and customer profiles is required, along with excellent listening abilities and strategic thinking to drive sales with the right solutions. Additionally, candidates should possess excellent documentation skills to guide technical consultants in closing sales effectively. Being goal-oriented, highly ambitious, and willing to grow professionally is important.
