Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients within the designated region.
• Handle product demonstrations, applications, and service support.
• Build and maintain strong customer, dealer, and distributor relationships.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Negotiate and finalize deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Manage client accounts, analyze sales data, and prepare reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer support.

Required Skills

• Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
• Strong communication and networking abilities.
• Ability to present technical and clinical data effectively.
• Good knowledge of medical device technical aspects.
• CRM knowledge and multilingual proficiency will be an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, or related fields.
• Experience: Freshers are welcome (0–1 years).
• Prior experience as a Sales & Service Engineer in the medical device industry is a plus.
