Roles and Responsibility

Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
Generate new leads and set up meetings with potential clients to understand their wishes and concerns.
Handle entire projects, maintaining regular follow-up with customers.
Prepare and deliver presentations on products and services to potential clients.
Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
Ensure stock availability for sales and demonstrations.
Participate in exhibitions or conferences on behalf of the company and negotiate/close deals while handling complaints or objections.
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results and gather feedback from customers or prospects, sharing it with internal teams.
