Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Engineer. The position is based in Pune, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, engaging in sales activities, offering exceptional customer service, and maintaining clear communication with clients. The candidate will work closely with the engineering team to understand product specifications and effectively convey technical information to clients.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales Engineering and Technical Support
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Sales and a solid understanding of sales processes
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Previous experience in the manufacturing or export industry is a plus
