Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer at SMT MACHINES INDIA LTD, located in Mandi Gobindgarh. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, generating sales, makinf proposals, fluent in english, ms word, excel, correspondence, frequent travelling and ensuring high levels of customer service. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with customers to understand their needs, delivering technical presentations, preparing sales proposals, and coordinating with the engineering team to meet customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Engineering and providing Technical Support
• Strong Communication and Sales skills
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Ability to work on-site in Mandi Gobindgarh
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Previous experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
• Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software
