Job Description

Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Present and demonstrate construction equipment to prospective customers. Negotiate contracts and close sales deals. Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals. Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction equipment industry. Strong understanding of construction equipment and industry trends. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Customer-focused attitude with strong relationship-building abilities. Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset. Ability to travel as required to meet with clients. Location: South Rajasthan (Jalore, Sirohi,Pratapgarh,Udaipur,Chittorgarh,Dungarpur) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
