Sales Engineer

**Job Description:** As an Electrical Engineer, you are expected to have a BE or B Tech degree with a specialization in Electrical Engineering. Your role will primarily involve applying your knowledge of Switchgears, Panel Boards, and Junction Box to provide solutions to customers' needs. You will engage with both new and existing customers to understand their requirements and demonstrate how our products and solutions can meet those needs effectively. It is essential to highlight the key features of our products during customer interactions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify potential customers through various means such as database research, leads from existing clients, participation in industrial seminars, and attendance at trade shows and conferences. - Monitor competitors' activities and keep the senior management informed to stay ahead in the market. - Continuously update your technical knowledge to stay abreast of industry developments. - Establish new business relationships and nurture existing ones to drive sales growth. - Conduct sales visits and submit detailed reports to seniors and management promptly. - Prepare techno-commercial offers, sometimes by collaborating with the design team to ensure accuracy and relevance. - Collaborate with divisional heads to align efforts and achieve organizational objectives effectively. **Qualifications Required:** - BE or B Tech degree in Electrical Engineering. - Proficiency in Switchgears, Panel Boards, and Junction Box. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively. - Ability to work in a full-time capacity and adhere to day shift schedules. - Willingness to work in person at the designated work location.
