Sales Engineer

The ideal candidate for this role should hold a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BE or B Tech). It is essential to have a strong knowledge of Switchgears, Panel Boards, and Junction Box. Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining continuous interaction with both new and existing customers. This involves discussing their needs and providing them with detailed explanations on how our products and solutions can meet their requirements. It is crucial to emphasize the key features of our products during these discussions. In order to expand our customer base, you will be required to identify potential clients through various methods such as database research, leads from existing customers, participation in industrial seminars, and attendance at trade shows and conferences. Additionally, keeping track of competitor activities and providing regular updates to senior management is a key part of this role. To excel in this position, you must stay up-to-date with the latest technical knowledge in the field. Establishing new business relationships, conducting sales visits, and submitting detailed reports to immediate superiors and management are also essential aspects of this role. Furthermore, you will be responsible for preparing techno-commercial offers, which may involve coordination with the design team. Collaborating with divisional heads to achieve the overall organizational objectives is another crucial aspect of this role. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule.
