Role & Responsibility:
?Lead/inquiry generation, selection of products, offer preparation and submission, negotiation,
and order closure.
? Participate in direct calls and leads in presentations to customers, consultants, and specifiers.
Maintains personal contact with major customers to ensure an appropriate level of customer
happiness is achieved.
? Adherence to sales processes and guidelines, acquiring vital approvals documentation.
? Driving business through Channel Partners, Engaging Customers (End users, OEMs, Panel Builders,
contractors) Consultants.
? Good understanding of Business processes and Sales Processes.
? Good networking skills, capability to develop a positive relationship with key decision-makers,
opinion makers in the industry
? The candidate should be an effective communicator with analytical and technical skills, self
starter, good teamwork skills, and ownership.
? Experienced with 2 to 4 years of handling sales in Automation and should have good knowledge
of Control Systems (PLC, HMI, SCADA, Servo, Stepper, Control Panel) or Process instrumentation
(Flow, Pressure, Level, Temperature) or sensors.
Skills and Abilities Required:
? Self-management and multi-tasking skills.
? Technical knowledge about automation products.
? Presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
? Willingness to travel 20-30% of the time in a local territory
? Diploma/Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / EC / IC/ BE
