Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business opportunities in the solar market.

Provide product knowledge and technical support to customers.

Prepare quotes, proposals, and deliver product presentations.

Build and maintain customer relationships with new and existing clients.

Achieve sales and report on performance.

Collaborate with the engineering team to tailor solutions for specific customer needs.

Monitor market trends and competitor products to inform sales strategies.

Support marketing efforts through trade shows, exhibitions, and customer events.

Qualifications:

Hindi communication is mandatory

Diploma or bachelor's in electronics or a related field.

1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the solar industry.

Strong understanding of MPPT charge controllers and solar inverters.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Willingness to travel for client meetings and events.

Compensation & Benefits:

salary : 15,000 - 35,000 per month & Incentives

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
