Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Engineer located in Pune. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, engaging with customers to understand their needs, and delivering tailored solutions. Daily tasks include troubleshooting technical issues, working closely with the sales team to drive revenue, and offering exceptional customer service. The role also involves regular interaction with clients to ensure satisfaction and successful implementation of Rawmart's products and services.

Qualifications

• Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Sales and the ability to understand customer needs
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Experience in the manufacturing or supply chain industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
