Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the customer base within the capacitor manufacturing sector.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals, taking into account market trends and competitor activities.
  • Technical Expertise: Possess a deep understanding of Power Quality technology and its applications. Provide technical support and guidance to customers, ensuring they receive solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, understanding their requirements and addressing any concerns promptly.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest developments in Power Quality technology and industry standards. Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products to potential clients.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct engaging presentations to demonstrate the value proposition of our Power Quality products, addressing technical aspects and showcasing their advantages.
  • Quotation and Proposal Generation: Prepare accurate and competitive quotations and proposals in collaboration with the technical and pricing teams.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide valuable insights for product development and marketing strategies.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain detailed records of sales activities, prepare regular reports on sales performance, and contribute to forecasting.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor's degree/ Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

  • Proven experience in technical sales within the Power Quality segment/ industry.
  • Strong understanding of Power Quality technology and applications.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • 2-5 years+ of experience in Sales & Marketing, LV& HV Capacitors, Harmonic Filters and Power Quality Products, and solutions.
  • Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required
