Key responsibilities

• Lead generation and pipeline management: Identifying and pursuing sales opportunities in the PEB market through networking, industry events, and research.
• Client needs assessment and proposal development: Understanding client requirements, preparing customized technical and commercial proposals for PEB projects.
• Sales cycle management: Overseeing the entire sales cycle, from initial contact and negotiation to contract closure.
• Relationship building and maintenance: Developing and fostering strong relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, and end clients.
• Achieving sales targets: Meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
• Market research and competitor analysis: Staying updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Representing the company: Participating in trade shows, industry events, and client meetings.

Required skills and qualifications

• Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, Business, or a related field is often preferred.
• Experience: Experience in industrial sales, particularly in PEB or steel structures, is highly valued.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of technical drawings, engineering concepts, and PEB systems.
• Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
• Software Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office tools for managing leads, tracking progress, and reporting.
• Travel Readiness: Willingness to travel extensively to meet clients and represent the company.
• Problem-Solving & Adaptability: Ability to address client challenges, adjust approaches, and tailor solutions as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
