Job Description

Job Title: Sales Engineer – Telecom Infrastructure / Steel Fabrication 📍 Location: Sikandrabad (Bulandshahr, UP) 💼 Experience: 3–8 Years 💰 Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹60,000 (Experience based) 🎓 Education: B.Tech / B.E / Diploma (Mechanical / Civil / Structural) | MBA preferred Role & Responsibilities Identify and pursue potential clients to expand the customer base. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business. Analyze and respond to government & private sector tenders and enquiries. Navigate GeM portal, e-Procure, n-Procure for new opportunities. Prepare and submit technical & commercial bid documents. Coordinate with the technical team for customized client solutions. Create quotations and proposals as per technical drawings. Conduct client visits and represent the company professionally. Submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management. Key Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of steel products, fabrication processes & industry standards (IS/ASTM). Proficiency in tender document analysis & bid preparation. Experience in government e-procurement platforms. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Willingness to travel and meet clients (PSUs, EPC contractors, industrial sectors). Familiarity with clients like BHEL, NTPC, EIL, PGCIL, Sugar Mills, Refineries, Power Plants is an added advantage.
