Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in enterprise, telecom and infrastructure sectors.
  • Build strong relationships with consultants, system integrators, contractors and end customers.
  • Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals, tenders and quotations.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to regional growth.

Technical Consultation

  • Conduct client meetings to understand project requirements and suggest suitable cabling solutions.
  • Provide pre-sales technical assistance, product demonstrations and solution presentations.
  • Coordinate with design and project teams for BOQs, layout drawings and project specifications.

Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Monitor market trends, competition and product developments.
  • Provide feedback to product team on customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, pipeline and forecasting.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electronics, Electrical or Telecommunications Engineering.
  • Additional certifications in networking, structured cabling are an advantage.

Experience:

  • 2-7 years of experience in technical sales of structured cabling, passive networking or IT infrastructure.

Skills:

  • Good understanding of structured cabling standards.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and BOQs.
  • Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools and basic AutoCAD (optional).

Other Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
