Job Summary: The Sales Engineer is responsible for driving business growth through technical sales of structured cabling products (Switches, copper, fiber optics, racks, patch panels, etc.). This role combines technical knowledge with sales skills to provide pre-sales consultation, identify customer needs, propose customized solutions and ensure smooth closure of Sales deal in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development Identify and pursue new business opportunities in enterprise, telecom and infrastructure sectors. Build strong relationships with consultants, system integrators, contractors and end customers. Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals, tenders and quotations. Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to regional growth. Technical Consultation Conduct client meetings to understand project requirements and suggest suitable cabling solutions. Provide pre-sales technical assistance, product demonstrations and solution presentations. Coordinate with design and project teams for BOQs, layout drawings and project specifications. Market Intelligence & Reporting Monitor market trends, competition and product developments. Provide feedback to product team on customer needs. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, pipeline and forecasting. Key Requirements: Education: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electronics, Electrical or Telecommunications Engineering. Additional certifications in networking, structured cabling are an advantage. Experience: 2-7 years of experience in technical sales of structured cabling, passive networking or IT infrastructure. Skills: Good understanding of structured cabling standards. Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and BOQs. Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools and basic AutoCAD (optional). Other Requirements: Willingness to travel within the assigned territory. Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
