Role & responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales plans for our new brand of passive networking components (e.g., cables, patch panels, racks, connectors, cable management solutions). Conduct market research to identify potential clients, market trends, competitor offerings, and areas of opportunity. Actively engage and build relationships with distributors, resellers, system integrators, consultants, and government authorities. Deliver compelling product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions to highlight the unique value proposition of our passive networking products. Coordinate closely with marketing and technical teams to develop targeted promotional materials and campaigns. Maintain comprehensive sales records and regularly report sales performance and market feedback. Achieve defined sales targets and continuously expand the customer base nationwide. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant fields. Minimum 2-4 years of sales experience, specifically in passive networking components or related technology sectors. In-depth understanding of structured cabling systems and passive networking products. Strong networking, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven capability to independently manage and grow sales territories. Willingness to travel extensively to explore and capture market opportunities across India.
