Sales Engineer

As a Sales Engineer based in Calicut, you will play a crucial role in driving sales within the electrical industry by developing and implementing effective marketing strategies for technical products. Your main responsibilities will include maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and repeat business, identifying new sales opportunities to expand the client base, and marketing new products through product presentations and gathering feedback for continuous improvement. In addition, you will be expected to analyze market trends and competitors to drive effective product positioning, provide technical support and training to both sales teams and customers, and collaborate with internal teams to align product development with customer needs. Representing the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings will also be part of your role. To be successful in this position, you should hold a B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, or an MBA with a focus on marketing or technical sales, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the electrical industry. A strong understanding of electrical products and marketing techniques, excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, as well as a proven track record of meeting sales targets and expanding market share are essential qualifications for this role. Immediate joiners are preferred for this full-time, permanent position.
