Sales Engineer- Equipment

Role Overview: You will be responsible for generating leads through various techniques such as direct mailing, emails, and cold calling. Your role will also involve visiting existing customers to secure repeat orders and approaching new customers to position our products for their specific applications. Additionally, you will be identifying new applications in processes and promoting our suitable products, preparing techno-commercial offers, and participating in technical and commercial discussions. Key Responsibilities: - Lead generation through direct mailing, emails, and cold calling - Securing repeat orders from existing customers - Positioning products for new customer applications - Identifying new applications and promoting suitable products - Developing case studies and building cases towards finalization - Preparing and submitting techno-commercial offers tailored to customer needs - Providing sales forecasts and regular progress reports - Participating in sales review sessions with senior management - Training new engineers and supporting their development - Generating reference letters and testimonials from customers - Upgrading technical and commercial skills periodically Qualifications Required: - BE in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering - 1-2 years of relevant experience - Other qualities such as flexibility, willingness to work in the field, outspokenness, computer proficiency, willingness to learn, and strong communication skills Note: The office is located in Nashik, and the work area includes Nashik, Dhule, and Jalgaon districts.
