Sales Engineer-( Unit / Spares )

As a Sales Executive based in Nashik, your primary responsibility will be to generate leads through various methods such as direct mailing, emails, and cold calling. You will be required to visit existing customers to secure repeat orders and engage with new customers to showcase our products for their specific applications. Crafting and presenting techno-commercial offers tailored to customer requirements while aligning with company interests will be a key aspect of your role. Your participation in technical and commercial discussions, along with providing sales forecasts and regular progress reports, will be essential in driving business growth. Actively engaging in sales review sessions with senior management, you will have the opportunity to contribute ideas and insights to further enhance sales strategies. To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong work ethic, flexibility, and a proactive attitude towards fieldwork. Excellent communication skills, computer proficiency, and a willingness to continuously learn and adapt are qualities that we value. A background in Mechanical Engineering (Diploma/BE) and a minimum of 1 year of experience in industries such as Engineering or Consumable sales would be preferred. As part of the position, you will need to have your own vehicle and laptop for work-related purposes. The working areas will primarily cover Nashik, Dhule, and Jalgaon districts. The role is full-time and permanent, with benefits including Provident Fund and a yearly bonus. The standard work schedule is day shifts, with an expected start date of 01/06/2025.
