Sales Engineer (Electrical Automation)

As a Sales Support Specialist in this role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with customers through extensive interaction. You will need to understand the needs of the customers and provide technical consulting during product selection. Your main tasks will involve developing customer-specific solutions with the support of the group headquarters in Switzerland. - Assisting in technical configuration, product selection, and creation of solution concepts for both existing and potential customers - Working on complete offers, market research, analysis, and back-office operations - Providing excellent after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction - Assisting in personal selling to expand the customer base and drive sales growth according to set goals - Actively supporting and participating in marketing activities such as trade fairs, advertising campaigns, and customer seminars - Conducting continuous market and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and product ideas - Providing assistance for sales budgeting and planning processes - Gaining a full understanding of the products, their features, and functions through continuous product training - Ensuring excellent communication and information exchange with the local and group headquarters by providing accurate information and reporting - Collaborating closely with the local sales administration and logistics team This is a full-time, permanent position that requires you to work in person at the specified location.,
