Job Title: Sales Engineer Location: Rajkot, Morbi, Gandhi Dham, Baroda, Vapi Department: Sales – Residence Engineer Reporting To: Sales Manager Experience: 2–3 years in Industrial Automation Sales Qualification: Diploma/Bachelor’s in IC, Electronics, Electrical, or Mechatronics CTC: ₹4–5 LPA (No bar for the right candidate) Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated Sales Engineer with hands-on experience in industrial automation solutions to drive B2B sales across key locations in Gujarat. The role involves end-to-end client engagement—from lead generation to order execution—while promoting automation systems like PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, VFDs, and servo systems. Key Responsibilities: Generate and convert leads in industrial automation space Understand client control system needs and propose technical solutions Prepare techno-commercial offers, BOM, and system architecture Negotiate with clients and close sales Coordinate with internal teams for project execution Ensure timely collections and maintain client relationships Promote solutions to OEMs, End Users, EPCs, and Consultants Operate and report using ERP system Skills & Requirements: Strong knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, VFDs, Sensors, and Servo Systems Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills Goal-oriented with a customer-first mindset Fluent in English; ERP usage experience preferred
