Job Description: As a New Business Development Executive, your main responsibility is to generate new leads through various channels and identify prospects. You will need to develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. Understanding customer requirements and articulating suitable solutions will be crucial in this role. Additionally, presenting, promoting, and selling products/services to prospective clients and preparing reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts will also be part of your responsibilities. Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships, as well as collaborating with the technical team for technical discussions and demonstrations, will be essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Generate new leads through various channels and identify prospects - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets - Understand customer requirements and articulate suitable solutions - Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective clients - Prepare reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships - Collaborate with the technical team for technical discussions and demonstrations Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably within the software industry - Experience in B2B Sales - Experience in a complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills - Clear understanding of the software market and its key players - Self-Motivated - Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue goals - Experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives About the Company: DDSPLM Pvt.
