Collaborating with Architects, Project Management Consultants, and Builders to develop technical proposals, estimations, tenders, project pricing, and techno-commercial offers. Creating estimations, tenders, and project pricing specifically for elevators. Building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers within client accounts. Processing and booking orders using ERP systems. Enhancing overall customer relationships and providing reliable administrative support and customer service. Maintaining accurate pipeline and sales forecast on a monthly basis within the company's CRM system. Overseeing the entire client relationship process, encompassing pitching, negotiation, contracting, billing/invoicing, and payment collection. Closing a minimum of 3 elevator orders per month. Supporting the Manager in preparing MIS reports as needed.
