Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer, located in Bengaluru. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, engaging in direct sales activities, and enhancing customer service. Daily tasks include communicating with clients, addressing technical inquiries, demonstrating product value, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective service and support.

Qualifications

Expertise in Sales Engineering and Sales
Strong Technical Support skills
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
Ability to work effectively on-site in a collaborative environment
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred
Experience in the CNC or related industry is advantageous
