Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kerala, India, for a Sales Engineer. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, conducting product demonstrations, and supporting the sales team. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with clients, understanding their needs, proposing suitable medical equipment solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and service.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Sales and client management
• Ability to understand and present technical information effectively
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field
• Prior experience in the healthcare industry is an advantage
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
