ESSENTIAL SKILLS The right candidate will possess at least the following skills, if not more: You re excited to go from zero to semi-expert on a topic, and then teach the rest of the world what you learned. You have a technical background maybe you studied CS, maybe you were a developer, maybe you just enjoy source-diving open source projects for fun (you animal). You re a killer writer . Funny, clear, approachable, and willing to throw out that perfect sentence if it doesn t serve the reader. You re obsessed with explaining things . You find joy in the aha moment. You know enough about SEO to be dangerous and enough to not over-optimize to the point of unreadability. BONUS POINTS Nice to have, but not essential : You ve written developer docs, blog posts, or tutorials before even if it was just for your own blog, GitHub repo, or StackOverflow answers. You have strong opinions about SEO. You know what things like Kafka streaming, API management, agent-to-agent communication and MCP means and didn t just Google it after reading this job post.
