Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive Sales Enablement strategy, aligned with overall business goals.
  • Create and deliver impactful training programs for Sales, Presales & SDR teams, covering product knowledge, sales methodologies, negotiation tactics, and objection handling.
  • Develop and curate sales collateral, playbooks, and other resources for ongoing learning and reference.
  • Coach and mentor Sales, Presales & SDR team members on sales techniques and best practices.
  • Analyse sales data and identify opportunities for improvement in the sales process.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in Sales Enablement.
  • Partner with Marketing and Product teams to ensure alignment between enablement programs, marketing messaging, product capabilities, and ongoing product development.
  • Manage and mentor the Sales & SDR Trainers, providing guidance and support in their role.
  • Track the impact of enablement programs on key sales metrics and KPIs.
  • Ability to train the entire sales team about the product, industry, competition battle cards, vertical-specific pitches and much more.
  • Ability to actively participate in customer calls in case needed as a learning process.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in Sales or Pre-sales/Solution engineering of 2+ years.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Sales Enablement or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales training programs.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design best practices.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.Ability to create engaging and interactive training materials.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales technology tools is a plus.
  • Passion for sales and a commitment to continuous learning.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience managing and mentoring team members is a plus.

  • Experience in the B2B technology industry.
  • Knowledge of Netcore Cloud products and solutions.
