We are looking for a Sales professional with hands-on experience in Employee Transportation
Services (ETS) who can drive corporate client acquisition and manage key accounts.
• Identify, target, and acquire new corporate clients for ETS solutions.
• Maintain strong relationships with HR/Admin/Facilities heads in corporates for
transportation services.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.
• Negotiate and close contracts with clients for employee transport outsourcing.
• Collaborate with operations and pricing teams to deliver customized transport solutions.
• Ensure client satisfaction and handle renewals and up-selling opportunities.
• Proven sales experience in Employee Transport / Fleet Management / Corporate
Mobility solutions.
• Excellent network and corporate connects (especially HR/Admin/Facility departments).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to generate leads and close deals independently.
• Experience in companies providing staff transportation preferred.
Preferred Experience:
8 plus years in ETS / Corporate Transportation / Cab Aggregation / B2B Mobility Sales.
