Role Description

The Sales & Dispatch (Post Machining) role involves overseeing the dispatch process post-machining to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. Responsibilities include coordinating with the production team, managing orders, addressing client requirements, and maintaining quality standards. The role requires effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and coordination skills, with attention to detail
• Effective communication and customer relationship skills
• Knowledge of supply chain management, logistics, and dispatch processes
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Proficiency in using basic office tools and software
• Problem-solving skills and ability to handle last-minute changes effectively
• Prior experience in sales, dispatch, or logistics is beneficial
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is preferred
