Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage

    sales operations

    for luxury residential and commercial projects in Noida/Gurgaon.
  • Build, mentor, and manage a

    large sales team

    to achieve business targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with

    builders, developers, HNI clients, and channel partners

    .
  • Drive revenue growth through

    innovative sales strategies and channel partner management

    .
  • Ensure smooth execution of

    transactions

    and high customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze

    market trends, competition, and customer needs

    to devise effective strategies.
  • Represent the company at

    client meetings, industry events, and networking forums

    .

Requirements:

  • 15–20 years

    of experience in real estate sales, preferably with channel partner firms.
  • In-depth knowledge of

    luxury residential and commercial projects

    in Noida & Gurgaon.
  • Strong

    team-handling experience (10+ years)

    .
  • Excellent

    communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

    .
  • Well-established

    industry network

    with developers, channel partners, and HNI clients.
  • Proven track record of

    high-value sales achievement

Work Schedule:

  • Noida Director Sales:

    Week off on Tuesday
  • Gurgaon Director Sales:

    Week off on Monday
